Financial statements Notes to the Consolidated Financial Statements continued For the 52 weeks ended 26 June 2021 25 Related parties IDENTITY OF RELATED PARTIES The Group has related party relationships with its subsidiaries and with its Directors. Transactions between the Companyad is subsidiaries,which are related parties, have been eliminated on consolidation for the Group. A list of subsidiaries can be found in note 4 to the Parent Company financial statements. KEY MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL The key management personnel of the Group comprise members of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board. Directors of the Company and their close relatives control 43.0% (2020: 51.5%) of the voting shares of the Company. Disclosures relating to remuneration of Directors are set out in the Remuneration Report on pages 138 to 171. As such, under IFRS 2, this expense was accounted for under share-based payments. From time to time Directors of the Group, or their related entities, may purchase goods from the Group.
